It seems that the United States Grand Prix is being seen as a star event within Formula 1 as it attempts to optimize the potential of the US market. The extension of the contract means that two major races are now secured in the country for the coming years after the addition of Miami to the Formula 1 calendar until at least 2031.

Hamilton will be trying to go one better this time around as every point counts in the competition between the two fierce rivals.
